Description
This knife takes its name from the eponymous town in the Haute-Loire, and has been in production since the 18 th century. It has a distinctive curved blade.
The spring and the bee are forged from a single piece of metal. Each knife is individually hand-chiselled, giving it its unique appearance and authentic character.
