Trenow Fields - Organic Nettle Tea
We have been drinking Nettle Tea for a few years now after our herbalist recommended it and we've not looked back! And, on a recent trip to Cornwall we experienced THE BEST we’ve ever tasted by Trenow fields and we just had to have it at Community Cutlery.
The health benefits of nettles are beyond! The humble and abundant weed that is more of a nuisance than friend in our gardens is actually the one plant that is jam packed with a bounty of nutrients, vitamins and minerals.
Drinking a cup or even better a pot of nettle tea a day is one of the easiest and most effective ways of giving your body SO many essential goodies for both your physical and mental health.
