This Japanese mandolin is a beaut, it's perfect for thinly slicing fruits and vegetables and it looks superb, It's also really wide so can easily handle a cabbage too.
The blade can be adjusted up to 4mm but it doesn't come with a hand guard, like you'd expect from a western mandolin, so watch your pigging fingers!!
