Christmas orders 2025

Thank you for your order, we appreciate your shopping with Community Cutlery!

Our last and final day for Christmas orders this year is Saturday 20th December, all orders placed up until this date can be packed before our final collection on Monday 22nd, shipped Tracked 24 and all being well should be with you by the 24th BUT we really suggest getting your orders in by Thursday 18th to be on the safe side!

Please accept our sincerest appologies if your order has not arrived as expected, we're a very small team, dealing with a lot more orders than we expected and we've worked crazy hours to get everything out as soon as possible. If there has been a hold up with Royal Mail there isn't anything we can do about it straight away, it's a busy time for them and the odd item will go astray in the system but is usually delivered as soon as they have cleared the back log.   

If there are ongoing issues with the delivery of your order then please get in touch and we will do what we can to rectify the situation. The shop will be closed and we'll be away from our emails until Tuesday 6th Jan but we'll get back to you as soon as we can after our return.
