This spoon has been on our radar since the day we opened, and it’s finally on our shelves. We’re delighted to introduce the Gestura Spoon — a beautifully considered, wildly capable kitchen tool you’ll fall for immediately.
Designed by Gabe, a man with a very clear vision, and made in Japan, the 00 Spoon is built with a single-tablespoon (½ oz) volume to scale recipes and ratios with consistency.

Inspired by worn, time-loved steel found in flea markets and modelled on old American and European silhouettes, each spoon is tumbled and left unpolished for a matte, lived-in finish.

Dishwasher safe, though we recommend gentle handwashing.
We ship Tuesday to Saturday using Royal Mail Tracked 24.
All knives ship via an age verified service in accordance with The Offensive Weapons Act 2019, which will mean the postie will need you to be in to receive the delivery & to check your ID if you look under 25.
The law also requires us to carry out a soft age check of the purchaser after checkout, this is done by an automated system that usually doesn't require your input, although we will need to contact you for proof of age if you fail, which can sometimes happen if you use a work address.
