Eren Armitage - Pasta Bowl
We run a pretty tight ship when It comes to ceramics at Community Cutlery, only working with one or two artists at a time allows us to build relationships with the makers we stock and really invest ourselves in their work, it can make life a little tricky when there are so many wonderful ceramicists out there, but from the moment we saw Eren's work we were all in! We adore her style and the qualities of her pieces, they're fine yet robust and a joy to use.
Some say that eating all your meals from bowls is a sign of the decline of civilisation, we say "nom nom nom nom, sorry what was that? My head was buried in this massive bowl of pasta".
These are real beauties, a great size with a lovely biscuity finish, think pasta, ramen, stews, midnight cereal expeditions.
A ceramicist from Yokohama, Japan Eren works with stoneware in her hometown Harrogate.

We ship Tuesday to Saturday using Royal Mail Tracked 24.
All knives ship via an age verified service in accordance with The Offensive Weapons Act 2019, which will mean the postie will need you to be in to receive the delivery & to check your ID if you look under 25.
The law also requires us to carry out a soft age check of the purchaser after checkout, this is done by an automated system that usually doesn't require your input, although we will need to contact you for proof of age if you fail, which can sometimes happen if you use a work address.
