The EAトCO Muku Avocado Cutter is a compact Japanese tool designed to handle the whole avocado with one simple utensil.
A small blade at the tip cuts neatly through the skin, while the shaped edge helps remove the stone. The broad, spoon-shaped section then slides between the flesh and skin, making it easy to scoop the avocado out cleanly.
The compact shape is comfortable to grip and can also be used for peeling citrus fruits.
Made from stainless steel in Japan's renowned Tsubame-Sanjo metalworking region.
