This spoon has been on our radar since the day we opened, and it’s finally on our shelves. We’re delighted to introduce the Gestura Spoon — a beautifully considered, wildly capable kitchen tool you’ll fall for immediately.

Designed by Gabe, a man with a very clear vision, and made in Japan, the 00 Spoon is built with a single-tablespoon (½ oz) volume to scale recipes and ratios with consistency.

Thoughtful, Functional Design
• A deeply formed well cradles liquids securely
• A tapered tip allows precise pouring and basting
• A long, nimble handle lets you stir a braise or sauce a plate with ease
• A thin, flared lip scrapes every corner of pans and containers
• Measure, stir, baste — all with one tool, saving time and washing up

Inspired by worn, time-loved steel found in flea markets and modelled on old American and European silhouettes, each spoon is tumbled and left unpolished for a matte, lived-in finish.
