Gyoza Turner – Thin, Wide & Practical
This EBM stainless steel turner is designed for lifting and turning gyoza, but it is a useful tool for plenty of other pan work too. The long, thin head slides under several dumplings at once, making it easier to lift them cleanly without tearing the bases or disturbing their shape.
The broad stainless steel head is also handy for pancakes, fried eggs, omelettes, fish cakes, hash browns and anything else that benefits from a little more support when turning. The wooden handle gives a comfortable, straightforward grip, keeping the tool light and easy to control.

Why We Like It
This is a properly practical bit of Japanese kitchen kit. It is especially good for gyoza, where a standard spatula can feel too short or narrow, but it is not a one-job utensil.
