Sori Yanagi Stainless Steel Cake Fork
Designed by Sori Yanagi, one of Japan’s most influential industrial designers, this beautifully balanced cake fork is made for pastries, fruit and small desserts.
Like all of Yanagi’s best work, its appeal lies in the combination of function and understated form. The gently curved handle sits comfortably in the hand, while the short outer tine can be used to neatly cut through softer cakes and pastries before lifting each bite.
Made in Japan from durable 18-8 stainless steel, it has a smooth matt finish that feels refined without being overly formal. Simple enough for everyday use and distinctive enough for a carefully laid table.
