Always a hit in our shop this gorgeous cast iron omelette pan has been designed to cook your omelette into a rectangle which can be rolled and sliced for your sushi or bento box.
The unique magma plate is carved with a concave and convex pattern all over creating more surface area for cooking.

Compatible with all stove tops including induction.
Seasoning is advised before the first use and then regularly to maintain a non stick surface.
